Estimates, Quotes, and Payments
We believe in complete pricing transparency and work hard to ensure you never face unexpected costs:

Quote Validity: All written quotes and estimates provided by Nate are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified, due to fluctuating material costs in Alberta.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your custom project agreement. We accept standard payment methods including e-transfer, bank drafts, and checks.

Scope of Work: Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope will be documented in writing and approved by you before the additional work begins.
Property Access and Site Preparation
To help us complete your project safely, efficiently, and on schedule, we ask for standard cooperation:

Safe Access: Homeowners agree to provide our crew and equipment with safe, clear access to the work areas (including attics, crawlspaces, yards, and driveways) during scheduled work hours.

Utility Locates: For digging projects (like fences or decks), we will handle the official Alberta One Call utility locates prior to starting, but homeowners must notify us of any private, unregistered underground lines (like sprinkler systems).

Pets & Safety: We love pets, but for their safety and the safety of our crew, we ask that they be kept secure away from active work zones.
